This Package includes:

  • Discuss Design Style/Vision

  • Discuss Budget + Time Frame

  • Discuss/Pick Paint Colours

  • Chat about alternate wall treatments

  • Pick flooring (if necessary)

  • Window Treatments

  • Lighting Options

  • Chat Furniture Placement or Rearrangement

  • Design Consult Report sent within 48 hours of our meeting 

  • Schedule my contractor for a free estimate if needed


With this 60-minute session, we can make an inventory of your current home decor, furniture, etc., and decide what can be re-used/re-purposed. This package also includes:

  • Determine your personal design style/vision

  • Discuss current design challenges

  • Discuss functionality of your space

  • A Design Board


After your Consultation, you will receive your Design Report and/or Design Board, and any other pertinent information related to your project.

Now the fun begins!

First and foremost we will determine and agree on your budget.  I will work closely with you to help you create the room/home of your DREAMS!

If you are using my contractor we will include him in our initial meeting and set timelines!  I will suggest items such as flooring, lighting, cabinetry, fixtures, etc for bigger projects.

For smaller scale projects I will send links for furniture, other larger items to be purchased by you, smaller items shopped for and purchased by me. We will also, in some cases, shop your home for items that can be used in your new designs.

Depending on the scope of the project,

I will require a deposit of 50% of the price of the room(s) we are working on.

  • One Room - $500 (max 4 hrs)*

  • Two Rooms - $750 (max 6 hrs)*

  • Three Rooms - $1000 (max 8 hrs)*

  • Four Rooms - $1500 (max 10hrs)*

  • Five Rooms - $2000 (max 12hrs)*

*anything over stated hours will be billed at $85/hour



Did you know we have moved four times in six years?  Two of the moves were in a nine-month period in 2019.  Each of them were a downsize.  Trust me when I say, I have a flawless system.

Getting ready to downsize your home?  Before it hits the market you need to declutter, sell, donate, etc.  This is one of my most favourite packages.  I will come in and give you my recommendations on where to get started.  I will leave you lists and set you up with my “Donate/Sell/Dump” system.

Are you ready to list your home but don’t want it to be “Staged” with furniture that isn’t yours?  It’s not always easy to live in your home during a Sale, especially without your favourite things.  I will come into your home and help you get it ready to list, using what you have.  I will provide you check lists of things that I know to be helpful in readying your home to sell. 

 *If you would like for me to make dump runs and charity runs, storage drop offs etc, this can also be done as an “add on” at a rate of $85/hour
